How credits actually work.
- 01How does credit pricing work?
- One US dollar equals 100 credits. You buy credits in a pack, then use them on anything inside MADURA — redesigns, chat, future video walkthroughs. The credit cost is shown before every generation, so there's no surprise.
- 02Do credits expire?
- No. Credits on an active account don't expire. If your account is deleted we remove the remaining balance with it.
- 03What if I run out mid-project?
- You can top up any time at the same $1 = 100 credits rate. Minimum top-up is $3. Topped-up credits sit in the same balance.
- 04What if a generation fails?
- Failed or clearly broken outputs aren't billed. If the AI ran but you're unhappy with the result, the credits are spent — the same way they would be if you hired someone for an hour.
- 05Is this a subscription?
- No. All packs are one-time. There's no monthly fee, no auto-renewal. We may offer cohort-based subscriptions later, and you'll be asked explicitly before any recurring charge.
- 06Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase (per UK/EU consumer regulations we honour for every customer), minus used credits valued at the $1 = 100 rate. Write to support@maduira.com.
- 07When does this go live?
- The prices on this page are the target. MADURA is in preview while we finalise the generation pipeline. Early-access accounts will be billed on this structure when checkout opens.
